Living from The Heart

On March 15th, we had a beautiful Sunday afternoon gathering with inspiring people who all love to live from the heart. Each in their own way discovering and expressing what it means for them to live from the heart instead of living from the head.

We talked about what we put in the way of living from the heart, exploring our ways of being. How the past has defined our thoughts about how we look and understand the meaning of the heart, and how it has left us alone with ourselves, separated from others.

They all left happily, inspired to let go and surrender to a new way of living. To live more in the present moment, where we come to see that the presence of the heart, call it Love, is always there for us, no matter what seems to happen.

We discovered that the heart is the place from where we connect with others and with The Universal Heart, where we are all part of. The Love that is always present and embracing.
