Rice pancakes

Rice pancakes for 2 persons

(makes 15)


· 100 gram rice flower

· 250 ml. rice milk

· 1 egg

· salt

· 1 tablespoon of olive oil

Stir all together in a bowl. Allow to rest for 15 minutes.

Take a big frying pan, add the coconut oil and make three small pancakes in the pan. Fry the three pancakes on both sides golden brown.

You can eat these pancakes with fruit, baked apple, honey or maple syrup.

Vary to your heart’s content!
